Recently we had a fun event over at the Lost Coast Portal to Creativity, where we showcased some of Lost Coast Designs cracked critter stamps. If you missed that event, you can go HERE to view the DT makes. 

Kim made this ATC, using one of the adorable critters from Mini Cracked Critters Set 1 :

The background is made with various stencils, modelling paste and acrylic paint.

Cracked Wisdom

Hello, Nan here to share today!  I hope you enjoyed our Cracked Critters Event at the Lost Coast Portal to Creativity!  There's still time to get in your entries for the chance to win that $10 gift certificate to spend at Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda, deadline is midnight PST on May 7th!

I have a wise Cracked Owl from the Mini Cracked Critters Set One from Lost Coast Designs and he is the star of my card :)  Forgive the pun!

An A2 kraft card with star cut out and red paper behind with the owl stamped.  I stamped the owl again on white paper and colored with watercolor pencils before gluing on the stamped red paper.  A flower embellie to serve as a closure for the twine to wrap around and he is ready to give out his words of wisdom.

May News: Lots of exciting activities for you this month, come and join the fun!

Hello Lost Coasters!

We've got lots of exciting activities happening this month over at Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where we host all our events and monthly challenges, so lets get to it!

 First up, our new Challenge for May began today!  The theme for Challenge #24 is A Splash of Neon or Bright Colour.  LCDesigners Nikki, Kim and Nan created some fab projects to inspire you and on May 15 stop by for our mid-way post with even more wonderful inspiration by our DT!

 Next up we have a fabulous new event starting tomorrow! 

 Join us for

WOMEN RULE THE WORLD!

 We are celebrating Women in honour of Mother's Day and featuring our female themed rubber stamps!  The event kicks off tomorrow at 9am PST and then join the LCDesigners every day as we countdown to Mom's Day on May 8th!  Enter your own "ladies ROCK" projects by midnight PST on May 15 for the chance to win a $10 shopping spree at Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda

 Plus, don't forget you still have the chance to win the $10 prize by playing in our current event

CRACKED CRITTERS SHOWCASE 

  Then later this month things are going to get downright spooky as we celebrate Half-O-Ween!

Exploding Cracked Critters Party Box

Hi all! Nan coming at ya with an pop up card just popping with Cracked Critters since you can find our awesome Cracked Critters Event at the Lost Coast Portal to Creativity going on right now!  I used Lizard Dog (LOVE him!), and the Cracked Mini Critters Set One Party Cat, Cracked Owl, and Cracked Chicken.  I added some Party Hats and Misc. Words all from Lost Coast Designs new releases. 

A little embossing and distress inks and the fiesta is ready to start!
