Moonlight

Hello everyone, Yvonne here with a new blogpost. This time I want to show you a postcard.

I stamped the shrubbery with versamark and used clear embossingpowder. After that I sponsed with black soot. With my hands I made some water splashes. With yellow and orange I made the moon and around the moon I used a white posca paint marker to create the "shining". On another piece of paper I stamped the cat and I colored him with the same colors. He looks very happy don't you think so ?

For this card I used the following stamps:
- Shrubbery
- More Cats
- Party Words

Thanks for stopping by, see you next time!

Gibson girls

Hi Lost Coast lovers, Yvonne here with a new blogpost. This time I made an art journal page with a background of shaving foam and ecoline drops. That gives lots of fun and my room smells very nice now ;-) !
I cut some holes in the background and then I stamped the Gibson girls and the Violette flower on another piece of paper. I colored the backgrounds of the girls with Derwent colorsoft pencils and glued them at the backside. With black and white posca's I draw the little "lace arcs".
And at the end I used glossy accents to let the girls go shine !

Still waiting for Mr. Wright

Hello everybody, Yvonne here with my "spring" project for this months challenge. I really love the stamp with the four old lady's waiting for Mr. Wright....they always make me smile.
Here they are...sitting in the sun...
For the background I used two sprays: lemon zest and sunset orange. I masked the image and used two stencils to make the background more interesting. After that I stamped some butterfly's around the women. I colored the image with distress ink and markers: tumbled glass, salty ocean, tattered rose, squeezed lemonade, spun sugar, shaded lilac and shabby shutters.
With modeling paste and a big stencil I made the word "spring". I colored it with LuminArte silks acrylic glaze pretty peridot.
For the little details I used a black pencil and a white posca.
Stamps I used:
- Waiting for Mr. Wright
- More bugz
