Well, we've checked the website on 55 computers, and it only failed on 4. There is no corelation with the OS or the Browser. Deleting the cookies doesn't help, AND will delete any stored passwords, so I'm taking back that suggestion. I'll just have to hope that it eventually fixes itself. I've had an eye infection for a couple of weeks, which has severly effected my already-questionable vision. I went to Puyallup last weekend, and thought I'd packed 3 tablecloths, but when I got there, I had two tablecloths, and a black dress and blouse :-(
Fortunantly, Sheila (Heirloom Productions) had a spare purple plastic drape that I could borrow, so all was well LOL. Doesn't look too bad, eh?

If my website won't open with your browser, try deleting the cookies, re-boot and try again. I've also been told that going to your "visited pages" will bring it up. If anyone has other suggestions, please let me know.

I am getting reports this morning that my website is not opening on some Apple computers and iPads running Safari. I am looking into the problem, and will post a solution hopefully later today. The error says that there are too manmy re-directs.

Day before yesterday we had another freeze; yesterday was Springs, and today is Summer. I am not acclimating well.
This is probably the extent of our garden additions for the year -- blueberry bush, lavender bush, two little lavender trees, limequat and miniture orange trees. I love the teal and orange pots! Cosmos was aggreable to posing for a treat, but Batman preferred barking at the neighbos.

Latest page in my journal, finished at the Visual Journaling class at Marco's in Dayton last week. The face needs some work before I can print it as a greeting card, but I'm happy with the rest.

Back from Zeist late last night. I made this scarf on the way home. If I'd know how cold it would be in The Netherlands, I would have made the scarf on the way there.

Tuesday, April 10, 2012

I'll be leaving at dark-thirty tomorrow morning for the show in Zeist, The Netherlands, Creighton will be at the show here in Coeur d' Alene, Adrien will be at the show in Sacramento, some of my stamps will be at the Stamp Doctor booth in Allentown, PA, and Melinda will be at an art show in Pullman, WA. Why can't coordinators put the shows on different weekends? This is a logistic nightmare.
These are a few of the little shrine necklaces going to the art show (dog dishes not included).

Happy Easter everyone! It's another work day for us, getting ready for stamp shows in Holland, Sacramento and Spokane, and an art show in Spokane...all next weekend, but we took time to festively decorate the medical skeleton and Batman. I couldn't find Batman's bunny ears, but I told him it was Christmas and he was fine with the red and green collar. Such an amiable dog LOL

I've been trying to find the time to post some of my shrine necklaces that I've been making in the last couple of weeks. Well, that hasn't happened, but I had a reason to be poking around on my website today, and noticed that what I thought linked to a Die-Cut Diva Tutorial, instead went to a little video I made of an automatic toilet seat cleaner that I thought was very entertaining. This link has probably been wrong for MONTHS, and I'm very, VERY sorry.

YAYYY!! I've finally finished a decorating project. I bought these four metal birds from Joanie at ArtFull Illusions maybe 4 years ago, and they were sitting on top of the pellet stove where I'd knock them off every time I refilled the hopper. So I started looking for white doll chairs at the GoodWill store, and gradually have gotten the birds off the hopper and up on the wall...and this week chair "4" was acquired/installed, and I have Officially Completed a Project. Celebratory cheers and chocolate for everyone!!

It's 1am, I've been distracted by Cajun accordion tutorials on You Tube, and Creighton got a 50-year-old model train to run.
(failed video upload here) sigh.
I think the sparks are visible (or they would be, if the video had loaded :-( ). It smells a lot like the heater in my Albuquerque motel room smelled just before the fire alarm went off...and yes, it was snowing again.
I don't know why I can't get these videos turned the right direction (but who cares, repeating, the damn video won't load).
I'm home this weekend, and hope to post some art project pics in a few days....
...Well, in closing, it's 24 hours later, I still can't get the train video to load, so I'm giving up and will post a pic tomorrow.

Adios, auf wiedersehen, au revoir, Indianapolis. Mary Kay and I bid a fond farewell this morning. It's 4am, it's snowing, and I'm wearing sandles. Yup, my day is complete. LOL

Thursday, March 1, 2012

My BF Melinda and I have an art show here in Spokane this weekend. I'll be at a show in Indianapolis, so Melinda will be running things here, but at least I was here for setup today. Here's us getting started...

and 7 hours later....Taa-Dahhh!!!

I'm back home to finish trimming and packing, and will head for the Indianapolis in about 5 hours.

Big flakes a-comin' down!! Neither rain, nor sleet, nor dark of night shall keep him from mailing orders....but he doesn't have to be happy about it LOL

No, I'm not parked in the handicapped spot and sitting in the car. I'm also getting snowed on in order to capture this Kodak Moment. :-)

Back from the Lawrenceville, GA show with some good Thrift Store finds -- a ceramic shrine/chimenea for me and a little faux mother-of-pearl handbag for my BF, Melinda.

Dec 9 was my last post?? I thought I'd posted my birthday dinner here on New Year's Eve. Guess it just went to Facebook :-( Anyhoo, Happy Birthday to me at 5 Guys Burgers. Bon Appetit!

And now for something completely different....

If a diagram is needed to tell you that the baby does NOT go inside the changing tray, then perhaps motherhood is not the appropriate career path for you.
Just a thought.
