Get Ready for the Event of the Year!

Hi all!  Nan here and very excited about what is coming up soon!  Of course, I am talking about the fabulous 31 Days of Halloween hosted by the awesome Tori and Terra at Smeared Ink or as some of us call them Smeared and Smudged and sponsored every single day by Lost Coast designs!  Prizes to be won by bloggers, hoppers, you name it and there is a possibility to win something!  So to start the fever off, I am showing my make of a center step card as inspired by Lindsay Weirich a member of our fabulous design team.  Take a look at this awesome video on YouTube and subscribe to her channel as you will learn and save on craft supplies and have a blast while doing so!

This is really easy to do and then after the few seconds it takes to make the base you can take off with embellishing it.  I used all stamps from Lost Coast Designs:  Crows from "A Murder of Crows", Skull with Wings, Spray Webbing, Grunge Tree, and Butterfly Face all found here.  I added an old sentiment stamp from my stash and papers from my stash as well.  The tree is made by the following technique in my first video try!! also inspired by one of Lindsay's video techniques.  Oh, and the Skull with Wings is used on this without the wings ;)

Ok, a video was much harder than I expected so my daughter stepped in and helped do the whole thing!
