Hi, it's Granne here, first I have to say how happy I'm to join this fabulously creative team, be able to play with these awesome stamps and I so hope, I can make something that is fun to look at.
Ok, now back to "business". I find it very challenging to make card for men - no flower, no butterflies, no lace ... see my point? But the fact is, you do need cards for men from time to time, sooooo this is what I did for biker guys.
I only used one stamp: Tire Tracks Border from Lost Coast Designs (and a sentiment from STAMPlorations). First card is very down to earth, I used Distress Stain aged mahogany to create the splash and to color the stamp. Inked the sentiment and edges with Vintage Photo DI ink and distressed the edges a bit. Very CAS and very fun to make.
For the second card I choose to use black / grey / white. Stamp is quite long so it was easy to bend it a little and make some curves. I used black and grey Memento to stamp, embossed the sentiment and added a piece of wire that I found in my desk (????? the things I save to craft ... unbelievable...) and a charm - also from my ever growing stash.
So there it was, I made a two cards for men - maybe for biker girls too - fun to make and maybe liked by who ever gets them, lol.
See you, :=D , Granne
